Our platform invites both parties to verify and agree on the condition of the property and its content to make bond disputes fair and easy. By enabling images to be taken only through our in-app camera, we help you generate the unbiased evidence to make 'he said – she said' disputes a thing of the past. All images are immediately uploaded onto the RentAssure server. Our proprietary algorithm verifies the GPS and metadata of the uploaded photo, adding an extra layer of anti-tampering.

Facts
The RentAssure team aims to become a white label solution for all rental platforms ranging from property management to car rentals, to AirBnB style rental platforms. Our main means of marketing will be through direct sales via our dedicated sales team to secure contracts with rental companies and platforms.
Currently our competitors (Propertytree, Mypropertymanager) are focused on property management for real estate properties only. They are not focused on dispute prevention and resolution. At RentAssure we aim to not only prevent rental disputes but make the resolution process easier.
